The Brokerage: Capstone is proud to be a locally-owned, locally-operated full service real estate brokerage that has been serving the Portland area since 2002. The Agents: Our professional agents live and work all around Portland and bring a diverse set of skills to real estate. Our agents have an average of more than eight years real estate experience and more than 20 years of business experience. In an industry where most agents drop out in less than two years, our real estate and business experience is our competitive advantage in every transaction.

The Broker/Owner: Matt Morse has been a licensed Realtor in Oregon since 1994. He has successfully negotiated over $50,000,000 of leases, contracts, and Earnest Money Agreements over the years and is intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of the brokerage. He has a BA from Oregon State, an MA from the University of New Mexico, and an MBA from Marylhurst University.
